• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Any delays or additional costs due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and films intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Individual STRAPs, ACCESSORIES category items, personalized/bespoke pieces, and any worn/damaged items are final sale.
• Process: Contact [email protected] for an RMA number before returning. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
