Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Our team will review your request. Upon approval, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Item
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all documents, warranty cards, and accessories. Enclose a copy of your invoice and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
