Our Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, undamaged items in their original condition, with all tags, protective films, and packaging intact. To be eligible, your return must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

Please Note: For reasons of hygiene and exclusivity, STRAPs purchased separately and all items from the ACCESSORIES menu (such as watch tools, pouches, or cleaning cloths) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

The Return & Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within the 15-day window, please contact our dedicated service team at [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange. To expedite the process, kindly use the template below for your email.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Our team will review your request and, upon approval, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions and the return address. Please do not ship any items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all documents, warranty cards, and accessories. Enclose a copy of your original invoice and note the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once our atelier receives your return, our quality control experts will conduct a meticulous inspection to ensure the item meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.

  • For Exchanges: Upon approval, we will immediately process the shipment of your replacement item. You will receive a notification with tracking details. Standard or free shipping will apply based on your new order.
  • For Returns: Upon approval, your refund will be initiated.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: After we process your refund, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, no additional shipping fees will be charged if the new item is of equal or lesser value; price differences will be handled accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of quality and exclusivity for our global community, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All STRAPs sold individually.
  • All items in the ACCESSORIES category.
  • Any watch that shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original condition with all packaging.
  • Personalized or bespoke commissioned pieces.
